The South Shore Farmers Market (SSFM) opened June 20th as scheduled and will run through October. Organizers were given approval to proceed by Milwaukee County officials, along with steps that must be implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The SSFM Market Committee is committed to compliance with safety guidelines and has taken measures to provide a safe experience for vendors, customers, and volunteers.
The situation remains fluid. These protocols and procedures are being developed and may change. Please continue to stay informed and check back regularly here or on our Facebook page. Although this may not be the SSFM experience we might wish it to be, we are excited to start our 22nd season of the South Shore Farmers Market in Bay View, and look forward to seeing you at the market – however briefly – each week through the end of October. Please NO dogs!

Why You’ll Love It
Situated along Lake Michigan in Milwaukee’s South Shore Park, the South Shore Farmers Market offers the best of local agricultural, prepared and ready-made foods. With new COVID-19 guidelines, we are cancelling typical activities that involve large gatherings and ask that patrons “shop and go” this season. Please no dogs in the market section of the park and we invite you to wear your mask for the safety of all patrons.
